Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions:
- Monthly Memberships are set up for automatic payment and are charged on the 1st of the month.
- Membership cancellation request must be submitted with a 30 day notice from the next billing cycle.
- Requests to freeze my membership cannot exceed 60 days and a charge of $20 is due for each person.
- Frozen memberships still require a 30 day cancellation notice via email.
- Unused classes do not roll over into the following month for use.
- GLAMBOD PILATES will be informed of any changes in payment information before the payment is due.
- Any overdue charges must be paid before attending any classes.
- Taking additional classes beyond the amount allowed in the membership will incur additional charges. This does not apply to the Unlimited Membership.
- Chargebacks will not be authorized for these class credits as these fees & terms have been approved.
- There is a 12 hour cancellation policy. Failure to early cancel or no-show will result in losing a class credit and a $10 fee for those with an Unlimited Membership.
- Classes are non-transferable.
Class Package Terms & Conditions:
- The 10 Class Package is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
- Taking additional classes beyond the amount allowed in the package will incur additional charges.
- Chargebacks will not be authorized for these class credits as these fees & terms have been approved.
- There is a 12 hour cancellation policy. Failure to early cancel or no show will result in losing a class credit.
- Classes are non-transferable.
Private Sessions Terms & Conditions:
- Private sessions are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Chargebacks will not be authorized for these sessions as these fees & terms have been approved.
- There is a 12 hour cancellation policy. Failure to early cancel or no show will result in losing 50% of the deposit.
- Sessions are non-refundable.
- Classes are non-transferable
Special Promotion Terms & Conditions:
(i.e. 2 classes for $49, Buy 3 + Get 1 free for $99)
- Special promos are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Chargebacks will not be authorized for this promo as these fees & terms have been approved.
- There is a 12 hour cancellation policy. Failure to early cancel or no show will result in losing a class credit.
